Terms of use
Written for parents, in plain words. Playing Marley Farm means agreeing to these.
Marley Farm is made by ClarityArc Inc., in Alberta, Canada. It is free to play. There is nothing to buy inside the game, no ads and no chat.
Who makes it
ClarityArc Inc. makes and runs Marley Farm and the site at marleyfarm.app. The game, its pictures, words, music and code belong to ClarityArc. The farm, the people and the horses in it are made up; the towns are real.
Playing it
- Anyone can play, in a browser, for as long as they like.
- Please do not copy the game to put it up somewhere else or sell it, try to get into the site or anyone else's farm, or send the site so much that it slows down for everyone.
- The game will change as it is worked on. A new version is announced in the game before it loads.
Farms and saves
A farm is saved in the browser and backed up to this site under its farm code. A lot of care goes into keeping farms safe through every update, but a farm can still be lost: a cleared browser, a lost farm code, or something going wrong. Keep the farm code somewhere safe. The privacy page says what is kept and how to delete a farm.
If anything is ever sold
If ClarityArc ever sells anything for Marley Farm, the price and the terms for it will be on this page first, and it will be bought by a grown-up, never by a child inside the game.
As it is
Marley Farm is given as it is, without promises that it will always be there or always work. ClarityArc may change it, pause it, or stop it. If it is going to stop, the site will say so ahead of time where it can. As far as the law allows, ClarityArc is not responsible for any loss from playing it or from not being able to.
The law
These terms are under the laws of Alberta and of Canada.
